Flexible pick-up: Collect your bike anytime between 7am–8pm from our self-service kiosk at 10 Harrow Street — right in the CBD and at the start of the Harbour Cycle Loop. Head towards Portobello or Port Chalmers — the choice is yours!

Your bike: Ride a quality Giant, Merida, or Moustache e-bike (first-come, first-served). These urban-designed bikes feature step-through frames that adjust to suit a variety of sizes, making them perfect for city riding and the Harbour Loop. Every hire includes a free helmet, bike padlock, and personal storage locker (key attached to the lock), plus access to fresh filtered water on site. Extras like pannier bags and vehicle bike racks are available during online booking.

Booking & access: Once booked, you’ll receive an email with simple bike access instructions and a link to a safety video on YouTube. There are no set pick-up times — collect any time from 7am on your booked day. Bikes must be returned according to your booked duration, with all hires back by 8pm.
